About Sarva Foam Industries Ltd.
Incorporated in 2021, Sarva Foam Industries Limited is a specialized manufacturer and trader of rebonded polyurethane (“PU”) foam, operating a circular-economy business model that converts PU foam trims and off-cuts into value-added rebonded foam products.
The Company is the largest rebonded PU foam player in India with an estimated market share of around 33% in Fiscal 2026, as well as the largest exporter of rebonded PU foam products in India (Source: D&B Report).
The Company operates across three primary product segments: (i) Rebonded Foam Sheets, which are precision-cut sheets used for mattresses, furniture, and flooring; (ii) Rebonded Foam Blocks, which are high-density engineered blocks designed for industrial conversion; and (iii) Rebonded Carpet Underlays, which are continuous rolls used for carpet, sports, and acoustic flooring.
The Company supplies its products to prominent brands including Duroflex Limited, Sheela Foam Limited, Infinity Flooring, Repose Mattress Private Limited, Restin Industries, and Shrikrishna Enterprises.
The Company operates through four strategically located manufacturing facilities in India, comprising one unit in Northern India at Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, one unit in Western India at Silvassa, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, and two units in Southern India at Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu. As of March 31, 2026, its aggregate installed manufacturing capacity stood at 15,500 MTPA.
In addition to manufacturing, the Company engages in the trading of raw materials such as various grades of foam binders, foam trims, and carpet underlay accessories, as well as finished products including rebonded foam blocks and rebonded carpet underlays.
The Company expands its international presence through two foreign entities incorporated in England and Wales: its foreign subsidiary, Sarva Global Ventures Ltd, and step-down subsidiary, Sarva Foam UK Ltd. Through Sarva Foam UK Ltd, the Company undertakes trading operations for rebonded carpet underlay accessories.
As of August 31, 2026, the Company had a total workforce of 101 full-time employees on a consolidated basis—including 41 in production and manufacturing, 4 in sales and marketing, and 5 in quality control—alongside 368 contract labourers engaged in operations.
